Before starting any project-related activities, builders must register their projects with Delhi RERA. Step 1: Visit RERA.Delhi.gov.in and in the RERA Delhi website’s ‘Online Registration’ tab, click ‘Register as Promoter/Project’.

Step 2. After choosing ‘Register as Promoter/Project‘, the website for RERA Delhi will open. Promoters must state whether they are registering as an Individual or Other than an Individual (for companies) to set up a new account. Step 3. After the promoter successfully registers an account with the RERA Delhi website, log in and provide your personal details, contact information, address, and experience, along with any other supplementary data.
