The initial phase of Reliance MET City Metropolis Jhajjar 140-acre development spans 100 acres and includes industrial, residential, and group housing. Reliance MET City, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, announced the launch of the first 100 acres of its 140-acre mixed-use project, ‘Metropolis with MET City,’ located in Dariyapur, Jhajjar district, Haryana, on February 7. This project is part of a larger 140-acre master-planned development that includes residential plots, as well as industrial plots and a section for group housing. The 100 acres that were launched in the residential portion, there are 42 acres, from which 19.19 acres are in development plots, and the industrial component is 56.8 acres. There are 272 plots of residential land are currently on for sale, with sizes ranging from 112 sq yards up to 179 sq yards. The prices are between the range of Rs 99,000 to Rs 1.10 lakh per square yard, according to the company.

This project has been constructed in two phases and is fully operational in the direction of homebuyers as well as industrial investors to begin construction activities and take advantage of the existing infrastructure and connectivity in the region.
