YEIDA Plot Scheme Near Jewar Airport in Sector 15C, Noida

The YEIDA Authority is planning to launch a new residential plot scheme in Sector 15C, located near the Jewar Airport in Noida. This scheme is set to be announced as part of the Master Plan 2041. The scheme is scheduled to be launched during the current financial year—specifically, FY 2025-26. Once approval is granted, the scheme will become available to prospective buyers, enabling them to purchase plots in Sector 15C, Noida, at affordable rates. New YEIDA Housing Plot Scheme Coming in January 2026

YEIDA is currently planning another housing plot scheme, which is set to commence on January 20, 2026. This scheme is designed for those seeking a property near the Noida Airport. Its design has been kept quite simple and blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment.

• YEIDA will offer 973 plots under this scheme.
• The plot sizes will range from 162, 183, 184, 200, 223, to 290 square meters.

New Plot Scheme for Schools, Colleges and Universities Launched by YEIDA  

YEIDA has recently launched a new scheme for institutional plots, aimed at providing the necessary land for establishing colleges, schools, and universities. These universities and colleges will be established within the YEIDA jurisdiction.

This scheme was launched on July 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on July 31. The scheme comprises 15 institutional plots of varying sizes. Of these, 10 plots have been reserved for schools that currently do not offer classes up to the 12th grade; these plots are located in Sectors 17, 18, 20, and 22E.

The sizes of the school plots range from 8,000 to 14,100 square meters (sqms). Additionally, five plots—ranging in size from 27,000 to 83,000 square meters—have been specifically designated for higher education institutions such as medical colleges, universities, sports colleges, engineering colleges, and similar entities. These plots are situated in Sectors 17A, 13, and 22E.

In terms of pricing, the reserve prices for the plots under this scheme range from ₹1.3 crore (for smaller plots) to ₹100 crore (for larger plots intended for universities).

The final allotment of these plots will be conducted through an online auction scheduled for September 4. The objective of this initiative is to accelerate overall infrastructure development in the specific YEIDA zones located in the vicinity of the Noida International Airport; in the near future, this region is poised to emerge as a pivotal institutional hub within the area.

Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the YEIDA Authority is also developing industrial and urban zones across six districts. Follow these instructions to fill out an application the Yamuna Expressway Plot Scheme residential property.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority at yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.

Step 2: Log in to the portal using your personal credentials. New users must sign up through the portal, for which they will be required to provide their father’s name, their own name, phone number, email ID, and some basic details regarding the property. Additionally, you will need to submit certain essential documents, such as proof of identity and the allotment form.

Step 3: Once logged in, you must pay an application fee of ₹500 (excluding GST) using your preferred online payment method, and then complete the online application. Once you have registered on your portal, a link to the application form will appear on the right side of the screen.

You may also download the application form by paying the application fee via Demand Draft or Pay Order at any branch of ICICI Bank. The Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of ‘Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’ and made payable at New Delhi, Noida, or Greater Noida.
