At the beginning of 2026, the DDA launched its premium housing scheme on the occasion of Makar Sankranti. This isn’t just a minor update; they are offering 582 different properties for e-auction, giving people the chance to live in some of the city’s most desirable areas.
What makes this scheme interesting is the variety it offers. Whether you’re looking for a high-end luxury apartment or a comfortable, smaller home, there’s something for everyone on this list. For those with a larger budget, there are spacious HIG flats in Jasola, while middle-income and lower-income families can find good options in areas like Dwarka, Rohini, and Vasant Kunj. They’ve also included car and scooter garages in this auction, which is a huge plus point considering the parking problems in Delhi.

DDA Plans Infrastructure Development in Dwarka
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has identified a large tract of land for development. This land comprises 1,769 hectares and is located in Dwarka Sector 19 and the surrounding villages. The first phase of the project involves conducting a survey. The survey will assess the existing infrastructure.
The goal is to construct new roads and a drainage system. The DDA has already issued tenders for this work. The project is estimated to cost Rs 3.2 crore. The work should be completed in approximately six months.
The plan is to develop a complete network of roads and drainage systems. The DDA is also planning to construct a guest house. This project includes the development of three villages: Amberhai, Bagdola, and Manglapuri. These villages are located near the main project site. The DDA is also working on other projects in Dwarka.
They have allocated ₹250 crore in the budget for new sports complexes. One of these complexes is being built in Sector 19. There are also plans to build a five-star hotel and a super-speciality hospital in the sub-city. This is part of a larger effort to improve development in the outskirts of Delhi.
