1. BPL Eligibility

  • To be eligible for this scheme, the applicant must be an adult and a permanent resident of Haryana.
  • The family’s annual income must be less than Rs. 1.8 lakh.
  • The applicant, their spouse, and any dependent children must not own any house or plot of land in any HSVP sector or licensed colony in any city or town of the state.
